AURELIO and ANTONIO are cut from the finest acetate Italy has ever produced. The same century-old Mazzucchelli slabs used by European houses for generations. Not injection molds. Not hollow shortcuts.
Only dense, layered acetate shaped with heat, pressure, and time.

I never wanted to create a brand.
I just wanted a pair of frames that actually fit my face.
For years, every city I walked into carried the same small hope.
If I saw a local optical shop, I would step in.
Mallorca. Positano. Moscow. Bonifacio. Alberobello.
Even tiny mountain towns and seaside villages…
Every door felt like a chance.
And every time, the same frustration.
Frames that looked like toys on my head.
“Large size” labels that were nothing but a joke.
Designs so thin they bent at the touch.
Colors with no life. No character. No presence.
I realized I was searching for something that simply didn’t exist.
So I decided to build it.
BEGGO was born from that frustration.
And from a refusal to shrink myself to fit what the eyewear industry offered.
I wanted real substance.
Frames that feel like something.
Frames that carry intention.
Frames made with the best materials available today.
Not as a marketing line, but as a personal non-negotiable.

Acetate
We use Italian premium acetate, cut from dense, high-grade sheets for superior durability and depth of color. No brittle blends. No lightweight shortcuts. Pure, rich cellulose acetate that ages beautifully and molds comfortably to your face.
Titanium
Our titanium frames are built from Japanese aerospace-grade titanium, sourced from the most respected suppliers in the industry. Light, strong and timeless. Titanium gives BEGGO its signature balance between bold size and effortless comfort.
Wood
For selected pieces, we use sustainably harvested hardwoods, processed through precision lamination and micro-carving. Each piece is unique, with natural grain patterns that make every frame one of a kind. Wood brings warmth. Titanium brings strength. Together they create a rare harmony.

BEGGO hinges are engineered with German stainless-steel micro-components or custom titanium mechanisms. Smooth opening. Zero wobble. Built to last years, not seasons.
Screws
We use Swiss-machined screws, resistant to corrosion and designed for repeated adjustments without stripping. Each screw is micro-polished for precision fit.
Core Structure
Internal temple cores are reinforced with high-tensile titanium rods, machined on multi-axis CNC systems. This provides strength, alignment and stability even in oversized designs.
